Our Project Management consultancy services can include planning as well as carrying out project management for clients. We are able to provide consultants to work in a clients project management team or be responsible for managing specific tasks or entire projects on behalf of client's. Examples of the tasks which could be undertaken are:
- Bid proposal preparation and management. Any part of the bid proposal preparation process can be supported from writing individual sections of the proposal through to managing the preparation of the entire bid. Our consultants have experience in managing the preparation of ESA and EC bids.
- Management of studies and proof of concept demonstrations. Our consultants have experience in managing studies and proof of concept demonstrations for organisations such as ESA, EC and BNSC.
- Contract monitoring. We can support the monitoring of contracts for the supply of satellite communication or navigation systems and equipment.
